Vendor forms are available below. Please select the correct form when applying. Make sure to review all the rules and to ensure a smooth application process. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out for assistance.

FOOD VENDOR RULES:

PROOF OF INSURANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE EMAILED OR MAILED BY JUNE 1ST!

Set up date and time is Monday, July 6th at 1PM - Please be on time!!

All booth spaces are outside. 

Ice will be available for purchase.

Fair gates open at 5PM - We ask that all vendors are set up and ready to go at their booths!

 Each booth will receive 4 arm bands each day. Additional arm bands can be purchased for $5 each. There is a limit of 5 additional arm bands each day.

 You MUST have someone at your booth AT ALL TIMES during fair hours.

All vendors are required to park in the old flea market lot. Each vendor will recieve up to 4 color coded hangers - they are good for all 5 days.

Tear down is after the fair closes on July 11th or anytime on July 12th.

The Jefferson County Fair Association, incorporated or anyone associated with the fair is not responsible for loss or damage for any reason to vendor supplies, personnel, equipment or any item brought on the fair grounds by the vendor. There are no refunds once payment is received*
