2026 Jefferson County Fair Pageant Schedule

Chloe is a 20-year-old Business Management student at Pellissippi State. She is the Student Vice President in the National Society of Leadership and Success, where she mentors peers in leadership development, and also volunteers with Mascot United, a local nonprofit, to promote community connection. Additionally, she has worked at Zoo Knoxville for going-on 4 years as a Guest Experience Associate and now a Shift Lead, which has been a tremendous tool in refining her communication and leadership. Lastly, Chloe also works with her mom as a designer in Fleurish, a sustainable runway show hosted by Ijams Nature Center. This is an unforgettable experience that fuels her mission to uplift and support women of all abilities in the beauty and fashion world.
